A: Open the infotainment screen’s Settings, go to Services > Brake Rust Removal, and toggle the function on/off. Note that when enabled, regenerative braking will be disabled, requiring pedal input for braking.

In high regenerative mode, the system periodically activates hydraulic braking for subtle rust cleaning.
Light rust is normal (common with cast iron discs in humid weather) and doesn’t affect performance.
