Q: My Xiaomi SU7 Ultra order has previously participated in a limited-time reconfiguration event. Can I still join this one?
A: If your non-ready Xiaomi SU7 Ultra order was locked before 22:00 on June 26, 2025, and hasn’t entered the invoicing process, you’re eligible to apply for this limited-time reconfiguration. Detailed rules are available on the Xiaomi Auto APP’s reconfiguration event page.
We remind you that the reconfiguration period is from 22:00:00 June 26 to 23:59:59 June 29, 2025. Please note:
Each order can only be reconfigured once during the event
Your estimated delivery cycle will be recalculated after reconfiguration
