Q: I am the owner of a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra. I have already purchased the “In – car Network Service Package” or the “Worry – free Service Package” at my own expense. Does this conflict with the benefits in this care package?


A: Don’t worry. For Xiaomi SU7 Ultra users who have purchased but not yet activated the “In-Car Internet Service Package,” we will automatically refund these orders. For those who have purchased and already activated/expired “In-Car Internet Service Package” or “Worry-Free Service Package,” we will refund points to your Xiaomi account within 15 working days after this benefit takes effect:

31-day “In-Car Internet Service Package”: 200 points per unit × number of purchases.
365-day “In-Car Internet Service Package” or “Worry-Free Service Package”: 2000 points per unit × number of purchases.
After the refund or point return, the “In-Car Internet Upgrade” benefit of the activated or unactivated “In-Car Internet Service Package” and “Worry-Free Service Package” will be invalid and replaced by the new “Ultra Owner Care Package” benefit.
Additionally, if you choose to purchase the “Worry-Free Service Package” while enjoying the “Ultra Owner Care Package” benefit, we will refund 2000 points to your Xiaomi account after the “Worry-Free Service Package” has been active for more than 7 days.
To avoid duplicate purchases of in-car internet benefits, the “In-Car Internet Service Package” will be available for purchase one month before the end of the vehicle’s warranty period.
