A: All Xiaomi YU7 models include three years of complimentary data service, with a monthly cap of 15GB for dual-SIM 5G data. The vehicle features dual 5G standby and dual-pass cellular connectivity, equipped with China Telecom and China Mobile dual 5G IoT cards to ensure stable, high-speed connections in various network environments. During the complimentary period, data service will be suspended if the combined usage of both SIM cards exceeds 15GB per month. After the complimentary period ends, users can purchase the “In-Car Network Service Package” via the Xiaomi Auto app’s “Vehicle Services” section. The package offers unlimited data for dual 5G connectivity at ¥199/year or ¥19.9/month. Users who require unlimited data during the complimentary period can also upgrade by purchasing this service package.
For data usage settings, navigate to the infotainment screen’s control bar, select “Settings” > “Vehicle Settings” > “Default Carrier” to configure the primary cellular data SIM (China Telecom or China Mobile).
